I am having problems downloading Quest products from Support Portal. Added the product to the Add to Download, however, it seems Support Portal does one or any of the following:

There are two ways to download from within Support Portal, the single file method (the quickest and simplest method) or using the Akamai Download Manager (multiple-item batch method) to bundle items to download.
Select multiple items to be bundled.
