How to reset the Remote Control Session -
Description
When connected to an end user workstation and rebooting the workstation, Splashtop shows orange when the workstation comes back online and does not allow the admin user to reconnect. It appears Splashtop still thinks there is an active session when there is not. How can we force the session to end so that we can reconnect?
