Only the Most Recent Change is Listed on the Notification Emails for Versions 13.0 and 13.1
When 'Any Change" is selected in the Email on Events matrix under the Email Settings section of the service desk queue recipients will receive an e-mail notifying of recent changes. On releases 13.0 and 13.1 if many changes are made is succession only the last change is listed.
This issue was documented under Defect ID K1-34078.
A hotfix is available for release 13.1.
If you are on version 13.0, please upgrade at your best convenience, and open a ticket with support to request the hotfix for 13.1 here.
The fix will also be included on a future release.
