What's new version 13.0 - Simplified Software Uninstallation

The SMA now provides a simplified way to uninstall software using Managed uninstalls.

Steps to create a Managed Uninstall from the Software Catalog
1. log in to the SMA admin interface
2. Go to Inventory
3. Software Catalog
4. Access the Software Catalog record of the software that needs to be uninstalled
5. Scroll down to the "Managed Installs" section

6. Click on "Add New Managed Uninstall"
7. A new Managed Install page will load with the "Cataloged software" details prepopulated
8. Set the Managed Install with the needed details

9. Click save
10. The managed uninstall gets created
