How to re-install the operating system for the KACE System Management Appliance (SMA).
Some reasons this needs to be done is database corruption, partition templates changes or misconfiguration on settings out of box.
This article is intended for users who need to re-install the current SMA version OS
If the ISO is not at the current version Contact KACE Technical Support for assistance.
Please review recommended guidelines on upgrade preparation and considerations
DO NOT REBOOT OR POWER OFF the appliance during installation process. It is very important to let it complete undisturbed.
The login prompt will appear to login into the console for network configuration (if required).
