Description
This article list the methods to obtain License Key for your newly purchased, replacement or updated KACE SMA or KACE SDA Appliance in order to activate and operate the KACE Software Modules. Also please use this method if you need to obtain an Organization license key.

Resolution
To obtain a new key for SDA version 5.x (or higher) or SMA version 8x (or higher), please refer to the License Key Upgrade page.
We are in the process of changing our key system. We suggest updating your key now to avoid it not working after the transition is completed.
If you are unable to locate your License Number to complete the upgrade please contact the Quest Licensing Department.NOTE: This also includes KACE SMA Organizational license keys. It is possible convert current license key to Organizational License key without any additional cost, just state you are needing an Orgs License key (in your title) with the above list of information provided.
