These are the steps that you need to get the KAT.exe (KACE Agent Toolkit (KAT) to work.
1. Right click kat.exe and select Properties > Select Compatibility Tab.
2. Click on 'Run compatibility troubleshooter' > a Pop-up Window will appear, Select 'Troubleshoot program'
3. What problems do you notice? > Select the checkbox for 'The program requires additional permissions'
4. Test compatibility settings for the program | (i) Settings applied to kat: - User Account Control: Run as administrator > click on the 'Test the program' button.
5. KACE Agent Tooklit (KAT) 1.0.19 will appear > click on the 'Kapture' button.
6. Choose output directory: C:\.... is the location of the "KACE-DeviceName_Date_Time.zip" file.
Once you get the "KACE-DeviceName_Date_Time.zip" file do upload to this Service Request "Cloud Attachments" area.
