"Error failure to upload a results log" received when a patch job is run -
Description
When a patch job is executed it fails with an "Error failure to upload a results log" message in logs.

Cause
This error message is received when SSL enabled and the KacePatch.exe file downloaded with the catalog tries to communicate with the appliance.

Resolution
This behavior was already detected and corrected, to solve the issue please:
On Single Organization Appliances:
Logon to the Admin GUI and browse to Security | patch Management | Patch and Feature Update Download Settings.
On Multiple Organizations Appliances:
Logon to the System GUI and browse to System | Control Panel | Patch and Feature Update Download Settings.
- Click on "Check for update" on the "Signature" row.
- Wait for this process to finish
- execute another Detect and Deploy
The patch job will resume automatically as expected.
Note: If the issue persists a Service Request can be opened for assistance.
