Check the Agent Communication window in Settings | K1000 Agent | Agent Settings and make sure that the setting IS NOT 12:00 AM to 12:00 PM
That means 0 minutes. If a 24 hours period is wanted then specify 12:00 AM to 12:00 AM (+1day)
