When an attachment with an ampersand (&) in the title is uploaded to the Service Desk | Knowledge Base in the SMA (KACE Systems Management Appliance), it is not possible to download the attachment from the Administrator Console, as an error is received. The error will be similar to the following (the title of the document will vary per environment):
To work-around this issue while it is being investigated:
Work-around 1: Access the file from the User Console instead (use this prior to using work-around 2 if there is no access to the current attachment outside of the Knowledge Base):
Work-around 2: Save the file without an ampersand (&) in the title and upload the new version. To upload the new version:
