No email is sent when users submit a ticket via the User Console
Description
When a user files a ticket to the KACE SMA (KACE Systems Management Appliance) via the User Console, they do not receive any email confirmation that a ticket was filed.
Sign In Required
You need to be signed in and under a current maintenance contract to view premium knowledge articles.
