A List of Failed Error Codes for Patching (Detection or Deployment Phase) -
Description
During the patching process, a patch may fail with an error code either during a detection or a deployment of the patch. These error codes can originate from the software publisher or from the KACE Systems Management Appliance (SMA).

Resolution
Note: Error codes during detect or deploy can either be software/publisher specific or an error code from the SMA. This article will only contain error codes in the 8XXX range and all other codes may require a general internet search or the software documentation.
If unable to diagnose and resolve the issue, please run the KACE Agent Toolkit on one or more affected endpoints and submit a technical service request.
KACE Specific Error Codes:
