If you are an administrator purchasing public training through the eStore on behalf of the intended student, you must enter the student's email address in the contact information on the initial order form. Students are enrolled in training immediately upon purchase via the email address entered in the initial order form. To enter a different billing contact for order confirmation/invoice purposes, complete the initial order and payment information using the student's email, then select the "Next" button to continue to the "Order Review" page and select the "different billing address" link.
Orders can only be placed in single quantities at this time. Each student will require a separate order to be submitted for enrollment. If you have a large number of students to order for, it may be more expedient to contact your sales rep to place the order.
Due to tax regulations, we are unable to process online training orders for customers in the following states: Connecticut, Florida, Hawaii, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Mexico, South Dakota, Tennessee, and West Virginia.
