This issue may be caused by a few different environmental/configuration problems.

Lösung
First consult with the troubleshooting document and verify that the configuration for the migration to Exchange 2010 is correct.
Some additional things to check include:
1. Make sure cache mode is turned off for the MAPI profile.2. Was the computer joined to the domain before you installed and configured the Quest tool and supporting software? If not, join the migration workstation to the target Exchange domain and re-install all applications.3. Even though this has already been run in the configuration stage, run the following Powershell command and note the output.$Session = New-PSSession -ConfigurationName Microsoft.Exchange -ConnectionUri 'FQDN OF EXCHANGE' -Authentication KerberosImport-PSSession $Session
FQDN=Fully Qualified Domain Name4. In the configuration of the Migrator tool, try using the IP address of the Exchange server as opposed to the NETBIOS name.
