User CPU Usage alarm

The User % gauge in the CPU panel displays the percentage of time the CPU is in the "User" state, across all CPUs.

A high value is not necessarily indicative of a machine that is under-configured for its workload.

The type of alarm that is activated is determined by the percentage of time the CPU is in the "User" state. Following is a list of the different levels at which the User CPU Usage alarm is activated.

60% = Low alarm
