The number of SQL statements that failed to execute. Calculate the total number of successful SQL statements at the database or application level as follows:

dynamic_sql_stmts + static_sql_stmts - failed_sql_stmts = throughput during Spotligtht session

Tracking failed statements can help pinpoint the reasons for low throughput for the database.
