CPU Usage alarm

The CPU Usage spinner in the CPU panel displays the CPU load across all CPUs on the machine you are diagnosing.

A high CPU load may indicate that the machine is under-configured for its workload, or (on a multi-CPU machine) that not all CPUs are functioning.

The type of alarm that is activated is determined by the usage level of the CPU.
