disable

The disable command deactivates a Foglight cartridge.

When you install a cartridge on the Foglight Management Server using default options either through the fglcmd interface or the Administration dashboards, Foglight activates that cartridge upon creation. For information on how to install a cartridge using the fglcmd interface, see install ; to find out how to activate an inactive cartridge using fglcmd, see enable .

fglcmd connection_options -cmd cartridge:disable [-n name] [-v version]

connection_options

Specifies the user name and password for the Foglight Management Server, as well as the machine name and port number, if necessary. Alternatively, fglcmd can retrieve this information from a user-specific properties file. For more information on how to specify connection options on the command line, see Logging In and Setting the Scope . For details on using a properties file, see Using a Properties File to Supply Connection Information .

Specifies the name of the cartridge that is to be disabled.

version

Specifies the version of the cartridge that is to be disabled.

enable

The enable command activates an installed Foglight cartridge.
