Save As dialog

The Save As dialog appears when the Save As | Save As option is selected on one of a Search Properties tabs. From this dialog you can specify the folder where the search is to be saved and the name for the new search definition.

Path

From the hierarchical display of folders (duplicated from the folder structure in the explorer view), select the folder where the search definition is to be saved.

Name

The current name of the search will be displayed in this field. To modify this name, place your cursor in this field and enter a new name for the search definition.

New Folder

Use to add a new folder as a subordinate to the folder selected in the Path hierarchical display. A New Folder entry is added to the hierarchical display which can then be renamed.

Select a SQL Instance and Database dialog

This dialog appears when the browse button to the far right of the Add SQL Instance dialog is clicked or the Browse button on the Change Auditor Environment page of the Connection wizard is clicked. From this dialog, select the SQL instance and database to be used.

SQL Instance

The top pane on this dialog displays a list of SQL instances. Selecting an instance loads and displays the associated SQL databases in the lower pane.

If you do not have the proper rights to login into the selected SQL instance, the Database Credentials Required dialog appears allowing you to enter the required credentials in order to display the databases associated with the selected SQL instance.

Database

The bottom pane displays the databases associated with the SQL instance selected in the top pane. From this list of databases, select the database to be used and click OK to save your selection and close the dialog.

The SQL instance and database selected on this dialog will be displayed back in the Instance and DB fields of the Add SQL Instance dialog or the Change Auditor Server\SQL Instance and Change Auditor Database fields of the Connection wizard.

Select Destination Folder dialog

The Select destination folder dialog opens when the Move option is selected from the search context menu. From this dialog you can specify a new location for the search.

Path

Select Exchange Users dialog

When an Exchange host is defined in the Email Alerts Configuration pane of the Coordinator Configuration page, the Select Exchange Users dialog appears (instead of the Select Active Directory Object dialog) when you click a browse button from one of the following dialogs/panes to specify an email recipient:

This dialog contains the following pages:

Exchange page - allows you to lookup and select a mail-enabled object from the Exchange Global Access List (GAL)
Active Directory page - allows you to locate and select a user from Active Directory
