ReFS volumes are mounted in raw format during the execution of a Virtual Standby for a Hyper-V virtual machine with Windows Server 2016 when the Hyper-V target operating system version is higher than that of the original virtual machine.

This issue has been identified and is being tracked as Defect RR-111560.
This issue cannot be resolved through code changes because it is inherent to how ReFS functions; it uses the ReFS version of the Hyper-V target to mount the volumes.
