Cause
The registry is missing one or multiple .NET Framework registry key(s). -

Make sure you back up the registry before modifying it. Review the following registry keys to verify if a .NET entry is missing:- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\.NETFramework\v4.0.30319\SKUs
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\.NETFramework\v4.0.30319\SKUs
Create the missing registry keys or copy the registry from a known good system. Once the system has all the proper registry keys you should be able to install Rapid Recovery.
