The Core Console with SAML enabled does not open on machines the Console wasn't opened before -
Description
On Cores with SAML enabled, the Core console fails to open on machines which the core console was not opened before. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND:
In order to open the Core console, try using any other Core web address than the homepage
The homepage webpage address is: https://HOSTNAME:8006/apprecovery/admin
Examples of different Core addresses that will work are:- Settings webpage: https://HOSTNAME:8006/apprecovery/admin/Core/Settings
- Archive: https://HOSTNAME:8006/apprecovery/admin/archive
NOTE: the HOSTNAME, is either the Core server's hostname or IP address.
