Description
After upgrade process from 6.6 to 6.7 and unable to open core UI throws an error message as below:
Could not load file or assembly 'file:///C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\Temporary ASP.NET Files\apprecovery_admin\cf4771ac\96078530\App_global.asax.jnatqklu.dll' or one of its dependencies. Access is denied -
Cause
This error is due to a Windows .NET Framework issue not being able to load the proper files due to a Microsoft update not being done, installed correctly or corruption of the .NET Framework or blocked by any application software.
You can gain more information on the issue by viewing the Windows Event viewer under Applications.

Resolution
- Ensure all Microsoft Windows updates are installed especially the .NET Framework patches.
- If the CORE UI does not load, repair the .NET Framework installation.
