Archive jobs for one or more agents are failing after upgrade to Rapid Recovery Core version 6.5 or newer with the following message:Amazon.S3.AmazonS3Exception: One or more of the specified parts could not be found. The part may not have been uploaded, or the specified entity tag may not match the part's entity tag. -

Quest does not provide support for problems that arise from improper modification of the registry. The Windows registry contains information critical to your computer and applications. Make sure you back up the registry before modifying it. For more information on the Windows Registry Editor and how to back up and restore it, refer to Microsoft Article ID 256986 “Description of the Microsoft Windows registry” at Microsoft Support.
The registry keys for "AmazonCloudConfiguration" needs to be set to default values:
1. On the core, open the Registry Editor by running command 'regedit'
2. Expand "HKLM\SOFTWARE\AppRecovery\Core\CloudServiceConfiguration\AmazonCloudConfiguration"
3. Set the settings as below and force archive jobs.
Please contact Quest Support if the archive jobs still fail with the same error.
