Cluster protection fails with "Object reference not set to an instance of an object"
Description
Protecting a Cluster fails with the error "Object reference not set to an instance of an object". However, if each node is protected separately they get added to protection.
Cause
This has been identified as defect RR-110997
Resolution
Verify that each node has the same Rapid Recovery agent version installed.
Refer to the KB 114295 to verify if there are WMI issues.
If the issue persists you can proceed and install the patch below.
