There are two solution to this issue at the moment. Solution 1 is temporary solution and Solution 2 is a patch installation.
Solution #1:
As a temporary solution to resolve the issue what you can do is:
1. Link the Agent to the host once again.
2. Stop the Core Service.
3. Open Registry and navigate to the:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\AppRecovery\Core\Agents\***Agent_ID_with_The_Issue****
---> Please locate value "MachineFlags" ---> Right click ---> Modify ---> Change to decimal value "1".
4. Start the Core Service
This will keep the machine linked under the same Host, but it will allow Attachability check to be performed on Agent side.
This issue is only affecting Rapid Recovery Core 6.2
Solution #2:
Please contact support team to provide and install the patch that will resolve the issue.
