Core service crashes and does not start after creating or editing Azure repository with large deduplication cache size (4041743)

In the example below the deduplication cache size was inadvertently set to the same size as the repository.

Since, currently, there is no validation for incorrect values/limits or Azure repositories as soon as the settings are saved the core service crashes.
From the windows events we can see the following errors:

1. Open registry, navigate to HKLM\AppRecovery\Core\Repositories\[AZURE_REPO_ID]\StorageConfiguration\ 
   
   • set BuiltInDedupeCacheSize to decimal 1610612736 (this corresponds to the default value 1.5GB)
2. Start core service 
3. Go to Azure repository settings and set Deduplication Cache size to default or custom size.
   • When setting a custom size, the maximum is 50% of the installed system RAM.
