Virtual Standby exports are failing instantly with the "Unknown WMI error"
Description

Virtual standby exports have stopped working on the Core machine after upgrading it from 5.4.3. This is the error:
"mongoUserAccountsManager: Unknown WMI error: WMI query: SELECT * FROM Win32_Service WHERE Name='RapidRecoveryMongod' -namespace root\cimv2"
Cause

Issue is caused by the stopped VDDK service
Resolution

To resolve the issue please either start/restart VDDK service or reboot the Core server completely
Additional Information

VDDK service has been added as a separate service in Rapid Recovery 6.x. AppAssure 5 did not have such service. Upgrade of the Core may not ask for reboot, leaving VDDK service in the stopped state.
