ESXi Exports fail with "Access to the path *\AAFailover.md' is denied" (4039897)

Virtual exported to ESXi fail with:

System.AggregateException: One or more errors occurred. ---> Replay.Core.Contracts.Export.ExportException: One or more dependent export tasks have failed. ---> System.AggregateException: One or more errors occurred. ---> System.AggregateException: One or more errors occurred. ---> System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'C:\ProgramData\AppRecovery\ExportMounts\TERMSERVER_ce0fd76c-667d-4459-92b0-eb199215e38f\System Volume Information\AAFailover.md' is denied.

1. Determine which volume or volumes is having the issue.
2. On the protected machine change view settings to see the System Volume Information folder. Normally it is hidden:
   1. Open Windows Explorer and select Change folder and search options.
   2. On the View tab:
      1. Select Show hidden files, folders, and drives.
      2. Unselect Hide protected operating system files (Recommended).
      3. Click OK.
3. For each affected volume right click on the System Volume Information folder and select properties.
4. Methods to apply SYSTEM account to parent folder, subfolders, and files will vary according to your operating system, but to summarize:
   1. The SYSTEM account must have full control of the parent folder, subfolders, and files.
   2. If applying the SYSTEM account to the parent folder make sure you select Applies to: This folder, subfolders and files.
   3. You may receive a warning that it cannot be applied to locked files such as snapshot files and change logs. This is normal and can be ignored.
   4. However, in the end, make sure that the System Volume Information folder and AAData.md & AAFailover.md files have the SYSTEM account with full control on each.
5. Once done, take a back up, and the next export will work.
