When attempting to connect to the SharePoint Front-End server to perform a Restore. The DocRetriever Console is unable to establish a connect to the Sharepoint server and failing with an error:
Cannot connect to the Agent on 'http://SharePointFntEndSrv:2525/' (hostname or port number is incorrect, or Agent service is not started, or it's blocked by the firewall).
Note: you can specify the Front-End server by its hostname or IP address.
This issue is resolved starting with Rapid Recovery 6.1.2. Please upgrade your Core and DocRetriever to the latest version of Rapid Recovery.
