EFI partitions cannot be seen on the Agent Summary Tab. In some cases this may occur with newly protected Rapid Recovery Agents or with Agents upgraded to Rapid Recovery. As the EFI partition cannot be seen, it cannot be added to a protection schedule to be backed up.
The Agent AppRecoveryPM logs will contain this error:

Failed to collect custom volumes. This is not fatal and should not break entire metadata process however protection abilities of custom partitions/volumes will be limited
