Error performing virtual export: "Win32 Exception: TevoInstallVmScsiDriver failed" -
Description
When performing Virtual Export or Virtual Standby, the job is failing with error: "Win32 Exception: TevoInstallVmScsiDriver failed" -
Cause
Issue is caused by timeout on the Core server -
Resolution
To resolve the issue, please perform the following on the Core server:
- stop the Core service
- open regedit and increase these values
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\AAVDisk\Parameters\NetworkTimeout 1800 (Decimal)
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\AAVDisk\Parameters\AsyncNetworkTimeout 1800 (Decimal)
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\AAVStor\Parameters\NetworkTimeout imposti 1800 (Decimal)
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\AAVStor\Parameters\AsyncNetworkTimeout 1800 (Decimal)
- reboot the Core server and try againIf still doesn't work, values can be increased even further to almost 60000 (if needed)
