How to extend the size of your Rapid Recovery repository.
If your repository is either running out of available space, or has already done so, you can extend the size of the repository by creating an extent. This will enable you to store additional data on the repository without receiving any errors.
Caution: Once you create an extent, you cannot delete it without deleting the entire repository. Please check the size of your repository prior to creating an extent.
Note: Some browsers may or may not allow you to save/create settings. If you are unable to save/create please attempt another browser.
For more information on this topic, please see:
You should now see the new extent under the Storage Locations bar on the selected Repository.
NOTE: You can only extend a Repository with the same type of storage location of the first repository. For example, if your repository is on a CIFS (e.g., "\\server_B\Network_Share\Repository"), then the repository extent must also exist on a CIFS (e.g., "\\server_B\Network_Share\Extent"). And likewise, if your repository is on local or direct attached storage (e.g., "D:\repository"), then your extent must also be on local or direct attached storage (e.g., "E:\extent")© ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.
