To perform a successful mountability check, the recovery point must contain all Exchange-related data. When accessing the agent's summary, all Exchange-related disks are grouped. Expanding that group may show different schedules for different drives in the group or even "not protected" message.
To resolve the issue, please:
- check the whole disk group and click on "Set a schedule"
- adjust the backup schedule if needed and save those changes
- please make sure that the next backup jobs is taking all drives together at the same time
