Description
You are attempting to mount and explore recovery points using Local Mount Utility 6.1.6045 installed on a Windows 2016 machine. Although the Recovery Points mount as expected and can be browsed user Windows Explorer, they cannot be accessed via the Local Mount Utility because the "Explore" button is grayed out. -
Cause
This is a known issue affecting the Local Mount Utility 6.1.0.645, defect ID RR-101860. -
Resolution
A patch has been released to resolve this issue. Please contact the Rapid Recovery Support team to obtain the patch that solves this issue. -
