When trying to restore a document with Doc Retriever an error message is received when trying to open the recovery source.
"Timeout while attempting to connect to the database. Retry?"
1. Change the security permissions of the folder within the Recovery Point if mounted writable.
2. Change the SQL Server Service to run with a user that has access to the location.
To confirm if the database can be accessed by the SQL Server instance, open SQL Server Management Studio on the Server where the Doc Retriever Restore is being performed.
Attempt to manually attach the database from the mounted recovery point.
