When viewing the Rapid Recovery Web UI this error is present on all pages:
IndexEntriesMapService: The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable.
This issue indicates that there is a potential problem with the disk that the C volume is residing on. Please perform a chkdsk of the C volume to ensure there is no corruption of that volume. Once it is verified there is no corruption on the C volume please proceed with the following steps.

Please note that the core requires approximately 1 GB of free space for each 1 TB of recovery point that is to be mounted. So the new location must have significant free space to allow for the mounting of recovery points.
