Getting random error "Cannot Focus a disabled or invisible window" (4241877)

I am getting the error "Cannot Focus a disabled or invisible window" randomly when using Toad. This is an upgrade install of Toad 9.6.1. After using Toad for about 2-3 hours, I would randomly get this error.

Please do the following to resolve your issue. All the files referenced are located in the Toad for Oracle\User Files directory.

1) Close Toad
2) Rename the Toad.ini and CONNECTIONPWDS.INI files
3) Restart Toad and see if you still get the error.

Please note this will reset your Toad setting and connection password.
