Automation job. When the Stored Procedure is reached or hit and executed, it does an "Executing Rollback".  Toad Data Point 3.6 will roll back the stored procedure, and gives the message entry "Executing Rollback".  This issue does not happen on TDP 3.4.

Go to Tools menu| Options | Database | Timeouts | “Execution Timeout” | change the value back to its default setting of “0”.  This may have been changed in the past to i.e. 120 seconds.  For stored procedures that exceed that time out limit, it will Roll Back.
