Show or Hide Data

This feature is only available when using the Grid view to display data.

To hide data

»

Right-click a column heading in the data and select Remove this column.

You can re-add the hidden column by right-clicking a column heading, selecting Column Chooser, and then dragging the column from the Customization window.

Tips:

To show a hidden column, drag any column headings you want to show from the Customization window to the appropriate location in the data grid.
To share custom column layouts with colleagues, select the Share hidden column settings checkbox in Tools | Options | Database | Cache.
