Issue
With Internet Explorer or Edge, when attempting to log into ControlPoint using Modern Authentication, either for the first time or after the browser session expires, I am continually prompted to log in but the login never completes successfully.
Resolution
This issue does not occur with Chrome. However, if you want to continue to use Internet Explorer or Edge, use the information in the following table to resolve the issue.

Issue
During ControlPoint Online installation, the following error occurs:
Possible Reason
The operating system is not using TLS version 1.2 by default.
Resolution
Enable TLS version 1.2 on the server. Refer to the following Microsoft articles for complete instructions.

Issue
After installing ControlPoint Online, I cannot successfully launch the application.
Possible Reason
TLS 1.3 is enabled on the server. (TLS 1.3 is enabled by default on Windows Server 2022 but is not yet supported for O365).
Resolution
1.Launch IIS Manager
2.Navigate to Sites > ControlPoint Online
3.Click on Bindings then click on Edit to edit the site bindings
4.Check the Disable TLS 1.3 over TCP box then click OK.
5.Refresh your ControlPoint Online session.
