Servers in Site view

This embedded view is displayed on the Exchange Site Environment Summary view.

This sortable list displays the following details about the Exchange servers in the selected site.

State. Indicates the highest alarm triggered for each Exchange server.

Server Name. Displays the name of each Exchange server.

Roles. Displays the Exchange roles being performed by each Exchange server.

Exchange Version. Displays the version of Exchange running on the server.

Drill down on:

Exchange Server row. Displays the Exchange Server Explorer Summary view for the selected server.

Servers In This Site view

This embedded view is displayed on the Exchange Site Explorer Summary view, which appears when an individual site is selected in the Exchange Infrastructure view on the Exchange Explorer dashboard.

This sortable list displays the following details about the Exchange servers in the selected site.

State. Indicates the highest alarm triggered for each Exchange server.

Name. Displays the name of each Exchange server.

IP Address. Displays the IP address of each Exchange server.

Roles. Displays the Exchange roles being performed by each Exchange server.

NOTE: Multi-Role indicates that the server is performing multiple Exchange roles. Hover your cursor over the Multi-Role entry to display a list of the roles being performed by the server.

CPU. Displays the current CPU utilization for the server.

Memory. Displays the current memory utilization on the server.

Exchange Version. Displays the version of Exchange running on the server.

Operating System. Displays the Windows® operating system running on the server.

Drill down on:

Exchange Server row. Displays the Exchange Server Explorer Summary view for the selected server.

Site By Category view

This embedded view is part of the Exchange Site Environment Summary view, which appears when an individual site is selected on the Exchange Environment dashboard.

This view displays the number of Exchange servers in the site as well as the number of Exchange servers performing the different Exchange roles in the site. It also shows the number of those servers in each alarm state.

All Exchange Servers. Indicates how many Exchange servers reside in this site and the alarm state for each of these servers.

Mailbox Roles. Indicates how many Exchange servers in this site are Mailbox servers and the alarm state for each of these servers.

Client Access Roles. Indicates how many Exchange servers in this site are Client Access servers and the alarm state for each of these servers.

Unified Messaging Roles. Indicates how many Exchange servers in this site are Unified Messaging servers and the alarm state for each of these servers.

Hub Transport Roles. Indicates how many Exchange servers in this site are Hub Transport servers and the alarm state for each of these servers.

Edge Transport Roles. Indicates how many Exchange servers in this site are Edge Transport servers and the alarm state for each of these servers.

Drill down on Alarm Icon or Number. Displays an Alarm popup that displays the current alarms for the Exchange servers in the selected alarm state.

Site Listing view

This embedded view is part of the Exchange Sites Environment Summary (All Sites) view.

This view contains a list of all monitored Exchange sites in your environment.

State. Indicates the highest alarm triggered for each site.

Site. Displays the name of the site.

Users. Displays the number of users in the site

Mailbox Roles. Displays the number of Mailbox roles in the site and number of roles in each alarm state.

Other Roles. Displays the number of other Exchange roles in the site and number of roles in each alarm state.
