Can RMAD create the certificate used for the Communication key? (4377949)

If you do not want to use a self-signed certificate because its venerable to hackers. Security concern, if the certificate is compromised, attackers could find a way to penetrate top security systems (Domain Controllers). So, RMAD can manage these certificates so that you can invalidate them if a security issue came up and also refresh them regularly.
