Error: "Failed to install backup agent" -

When trying to backup DCs from another domain, the backups fail with the error:
"Failed to install backup agent"
"Details access is denied please specify the backup account"

Causa
RMAD cannot communicate with the DCs -
Resolução
From the RMAD server, using the credentials specified for the agent account, try and access the admin share on the DCs"
If you cannot access the admin share confirm the account is a member of the Built-in Adminstrators group.
Confirm that you can ping each DC using the shortname. If you cannot ping the DC confirm it is up and try to ping the FQDN. If you can ping the FQDN, there is an issue with shortname resolution for the DCs
