When setting up replication to another QoreStor installation, the wizard fails after pressing the [Retrieve Containers] button, with the following error message:

Failed to obtain remote container list: Remote machine might not be reachableReason: error in decrypt final. Failed to authenticate backup_user (Unable to decode username)
Error happens regardless of the user input on the Username field.

Causa
Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) mode is enable on the target replication QoreStor server.

Resolução
Upgrade QoreStor to the same version and build as the replication target system. FIPS mode does not have to be enable on the replication source system, but the installed version must be capable of running FIPS mode.
