DR4300 Migration to QoreStor missing network card

DR4300 migration to QoreStor to version 6.1 problem with SFP+ cards not recognized

The new version of QS runs on RHEL 7 , which does not have the correct drivers for the respective SPF+ modules . 

system message keeps reporting "unqualified sfp+ module detected"

unqualified sfp+ module detected on port 0 oem

Need to install the respective drivers for the network card .

The drivers can be got from Dell website from the respective OS \ hardware vendor .

To find the OS version you can "cat /etc/redhat-releases" OS version would be RHEL 7

Steps:-

1> Download the correct drivers from the hardware vendor . In our case its Dell

2> unzip the file QLogic_Linux_Drivers_35.05.00.15.tar.gz

tar -zxvf QLogic_Linux_Drivers_35.05.00.15.tar.gz

cd "QLogic_Linux_Drivers_35.05.00.15\E4_Drivers\RHEL7\U7\default"

rpm -ivh kmod-qlgc-fastlinq-8.42.10.0-1.rhel7u7.x86_64.rpm

3> Reboot the server for the drivers to take effect .

Note need to select the correct drivers based on the SFP model and OS version  .
