Mailbox migration is pausing due to: Array dimensions exceeded supported range.

Causa
The Folder Permissions that are being copied are for a mailbox that was not migrated or matched within ODM. -
Resolução
Correct the permission on the source mailbox and migrate it again or migrate without Folder Permissions selected.
