We're moving On Demand Audit to a new location within the platform for improved feature alignment. Your existing functionality and data will remain intact.
What's Changing?
Old Location: On Demand Audit will no longer be accessible from the main left-hand menu of On Demand.
New Location: You will now find On Demand Audit as a sub-menu under Security Guardian.
Access Path: It will be accessible via Security | Audit.

Actions Required for Custom Roles
Q: Do I need to take any action after On Demand Audit is moved under Security Guardian?
A: Yes, if you use custom roles with Audit permissions.
Please view your custom roles in Settings | Access Control | Roles and confirm that the necessary Audit permissions are still assigned. The Audit permissions will now be listed under the Security Guardian section.
Note: Built-in roles (On Demand Administrator, Security Guardian Administrator, Audit Administrator, and Audit Operator) will be updated automatically and do not need to be checked.
Subscription & Access
Q: Do I need a new subscription or an update to my current subscription to continue accessing Audit?
A: No. Your access will continue exactly as it does now, with no changes to your subscription. If you had Security Guardian, On Demand Audit was already available to you.
Functionality & Data
Q: Will there be any changes to the functionality in On Demand Audit?
A: No. On Demand Audit is being "lifted and shifted." It will retain all its current functionality, and we'll continue to add new updates and enhancements as planned.
Q: Will my existing searches and alerts still be available and enabled after the move?
A: Yes. All created searches and enabled alerts will be retained in the move and will continue to function exactly as they do now.
Q: Do I need to make any changes to my Audit notification templates?
A: No. Your Audit notification templates will not be impacted and can still be accessed via Settings | Notification.
