DSP: ReACL Error map.usr needs at least one entry (4304124)

Result code: 2 ReACL failed System.FormatException: SID map file 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Binary Tree\ADPro Agent\map.usr' must contain at least one entry

Diagnostics

Open SQL Management Studio

1. Right click on the DirSyncPro database > select New Query
2. Run the following command: 
   

   Select NetBIOSName,EntryType,SourceSAMAccountName,TargetNetBIOSName,TargetSAMAccountName,ObjectSID,TargetObjectSID,TargetDirectoryID,UserPrincipalName,TargetUserPrincipalName from Bt_Person Where DisplayName = 'DisplayName of Source User'

If any of the above attributes are empty or null, then this is why the users are not pulling into your map file.

Possible cause

1. This could be caused by a missing DNS Reverse Lookup Zone for the Domain. The source DC needs to resolve the target DC via reverse DNS lookup.
2. If the UPN value is null, it may be due to a missing default mapping for UPN in your DirSync user profile or because you are using a custom UPN mapping.

Resolution

1. Create a DNS Reverse lookup zone for the Domain and run another sync.
2. Verify Mapped Fields for UPN in your DirSync user profile.
