DSA.log contains error:"Common Error 0xe1000047. Cannot peek from activation message queue DIRECT (4270954)

DSA.log contains error:

"Common Error 0xe1000047. Cannot peek from activation message queue DIRECT=OS:.\private$\MTL-PDQDS-4761_activation.
Error 0xc00e0003. The queue does not exist or you do not have sufficient permissions to perform the operation. (source=MSMQQueueInfo)."

Cause unknown.
Issue appears to be with Microsoft Mesage Queuing Service.

1. stop the DSA
2. uninstall the Message Queuing service Windows Component
3. uninstall the DSA.
4. re-install the DSA, which will also re-install the Message Queuing Service Components.
